DRY polishing (max. 175kg)

Blastrac resin-bond diamond tools are designed to fit on every small BLASTRAC 3-headed planetary grinder, for example, the BMG-435WD, BMG-535Pro and BMG-580Pro, as well as on similar equipment from other suppliers with a head pressure of maximum 175 kg. Blastrac resin-bond tools are used after the use of metal-bond diamond tools for floor polishing. However, in some cases a resin-bond diamond tool can be used as a starting tool on smooth flat floors. To get the best result, you always have to make several polishing steps.

• Especially made for lightweight planetary grinders such as the BMG- 435WD, BMG-535Pro and BMG-580Pro, <175 kg head pressure.
• Every resin-bond tool has 6 segments with a high concentration of diamond inside for optimized grinding / polishing efficiency.
• DRY Blastrac resin-bond tools are especially designed for concrete and all cement bound materials (such as cement bounded terrazzo) floor applications from 30 till 50Mpa.
